Even though NY has been pretty <insert expletive here> cold lately, having a “white Valentine’s Day” was pretty dope. Especially since I’ve always wanted to shoot in the snow. Now, I know there are generally two schools of thought on this holiday: those who believe Valentine’s Day is a frivolous, make believe holiday, and purposefully opt out because they believe “Valentine’s Day should be celebrated everyday”, and those who have no shame in going all out on Valentine’s Day, splurging on flowers and/or gifts, and going head to head with other couples for dinner reservations. Personally, I believe in both! You can celebrate Valentine’s Day everyday…..including Valentine’s Day and do so in which ever way you wish. And that’s exactly what I did with the bae. =]
